Pros

It is a good place to grow and improve professionally. I had the opportunity to work with really talented people who gladly shared their knowledge with others.

Cons

There isn't any other opportunity to try something out of the company's pipeline. You will be asked ("expected" and even told) to stay overtime or work over the weekend, which you won't be paid for. There will be random mandatory "quality skill tests" that can only be done after working hours or over the weekend. You will get fired out of the blue; reasons will be provided, but compensation won't. (for those wondering - no, I passed every test, and wasn't fired because of a lack of skill. One of the clients pulled out, and they decided to shut down a couple of teams, because "there is no work right now".)

Pros

- Exceptionally talented and collaborative team environment. - Projects are diverse, high-end, and creatively fulfilling. - Clear communication and strong leadership support. - Great opportunities for professional development and skill-building. - Company culture values innovation, quality, and individual contributions. - Studio environment is both inspiring and motivating, with a real passion for visual storytelling. REDVERTEX is an excellent place to work if you're passionate about architectural visualization and want to be part of a top-tier, forward-thinking creative team. The challenges are real, but they come with big rewards in terms of growth, experience, and career satisfaction.

Cons

- The fast-paced environment can be intense, but it drives personal and professional growth. -High standards push you to constantly improve—which is demanding, but ultimately rewarding. -There’s a lot to learn at first, which can feel overwhelming, though it keeps the work engaging. -Occasionally tight deadlines, typical of a top-tier creative studio.
