The freedom of working remotely without the confines of being stuck in an office. The team was never micro managed as long as they met their goals.

Pros
The security/privacy work and the variety of clients were really interesting. The main office in Carpinteria is a lovely small town in Central CA with clean beaches and nearby mountains.
Cons
It was really too bad the founder stepped down leaving the company without a solid leader and the company lost its fun and creative startup environment.
