1. No process 2.No System 3. They will pay for 8 hrs and work is 24*7*365 4. No QA in the whole company testing is done directly on the production 5. Forget to take leave here, Not recommended for a family members or you plan to have a family 6. Don't expect salary on the date, they treat you like a ship because you are paid worker sometimes your salary will be on hold but you don't know it even HR does not know 7. Work Hr is 10-7 (on paper) Support Hr (6 - 2am) without paper 8. They will fire you immediately if they know you are searching for a job. 9. Don't Expect any salary for your last month. 10. Almost 7 Day- Night work for Devs. 11. Join at your own risk. 12. Never expect any professionalism and respect even if they can call your wife if your number is somehow not reachable that too be at night.
