Pros

The firm has notable clients, but projects and assignments can be uninteresting and tedious at times. Not the most challenging work environment, though the positive is more predictable or manageable work schedule. The firm's senior partners are well-known and widely recognized experts in their field.

Cons

The firm does not fully support its staff and other professional personnel. Lots of firm politics and lack of communication and buy-in about internal affairs. Decisions seem to be made by firm's owners mainly. Nepotism or favoritism is more rampant, or at least more noticeable because it's a small firm. No support, guidance, active mentorship, or clear direction for promotion or upward mobility. Can feel like a dead-end job many times.

Pros

Work from home, salary, they have lots of systems and templates in place which can be a pro and a con

Cons

No face time, too many chiefs--not enough indians, too much CYA

Pros

Great benefits, salary & very nice fellow co-workers who are all doing the best they can on a frenzied environment. Very interesting work & not your typical law firm.

Cons

HR & office management do not understand the basics of how a law firm operates. Fire drills & emergencies are the norm, rather than the exception.
