      Redline takes care of its employees and engages with them to stay or migrate to the role they want to be in.

      Cons

      It can be challenging to feel like you are part of the Redline team in a mostly remote company, but they do a give it a solid effort.

      Benefits and pay far below regional average. Hostile work environment. Their marketing materials are a far cry from reality.
