Once they've sold the company to you, it goes down the toilet. I was hired to do a job that I've done for years before joining this company. As a professional in my field, I want people to trust me and they generally do. But when I was hired to do this job, management would overstep by telling me here's what they want done. When I would do it, they would change their mind and insert their ideas which didn't always work. The ideas proved that they are not skilled in that particular area. They just wanted to be needed. The CEO and his mom run the business with his girlfriend as the operations mgr. They use offensive language in the office. They are crude and make fun of others, including employees. They talked bad about former employees to me and I walked in on them talking bad about me as a person (not work performance) more than once.The operations manager is focused on her life and bragging about things going on in her life and seems to love attention. Noone cares about the growth and career of anyone else. Every man for himself. There's no team, just individuals. They're greedy and for the most part hyping up the limited knowledge they have. STAY AWAY! This is the most unprofessional group of people I've ever worked with.
