This is going to be my very first negative review in a career of 6 years working in different companies. I never bothered to post it until I realized that this review holds the power of giving red flags to job seekers out there.
The CEO - this lady doesn't leave a single instance to make you go nuts. All the time you would wonder why on earth she is running a company with that attitude. She is highly unprofessional in her behavior and lacks empathy towards anyone. I repeat - 0 empathy for employees.
Even if you're a business person and has no emotions, don't pretend that you care about employees. A complete show-off.
They hired me at a senior position and kept questioning me about the progress at least 5 times a day. I literally couldn't understand whether to laugh at those questions or take them seriously. 5 times a day actually means they asked for progress 5 times a day for a task that takes months.
In a matter of 3 months, they made my experience so horrible that I had to quit.
But this lady didn't stop there. When I got a much better opportunity somewhere else, she obviously couldn't take it. In background check she said I was given an ATL - I was asked to leave! She said I was fired.
Well, I obviously I proved the truth with my resignation letter which she approved, along with reliving letter and every other relevant document.
I don't feel good about writing this ugly truth here, but what she did with me and what she keeps doing with people need to come to the knowledge of a person looking for a job here.
