      The people are great but the management is horrible.

      Pros

      The poeple that are hired are great and they contribute to wanting to work

      Cons

      The CEO has no idea how to run the company because he has no idea what the departments go through on a day to day basis. He is not interested in learning, he just insists on giving more and more work to the employees who are doing a good job. Feels like your getting punished for doing a good job. There is also no room for growth at this company no matter what lies they tell you. They don't have the funds to grow you as a professional. No benefits and not a great company culture.

      Remote. You’ll learn to how burn out really quickly so you have a reason to leave

      Cons

      No benefits whatsoever. No health insurance, dental or vision. They don’t even give you equipment to work on. You have to use your own things. They don’t give you a stipend for it either. The management is micro-managing and toxic. The communication and workplace transparency is non existent. Be prepared to be confused every other week by the contradicting things they tell you. There is clear favoritism among employees.
