Pros
There are interesting projects in different fields. Nice opportunity to gain commercial experience for junior project managers. Most part of the team very friendly and comfortable to work with
Cons
Unfortunately, there are a couple of cons working there: - chaotic and completely disorganized processes; - constant overtime and mental pressure; - communication with the senior management often takes place in a rude manner, with criticism and accusations
