Pros
The only pro that I can think of is that the pay is good.
Cons
The only time that you get spoken to by supervisors is when they're putting you down. I had never worked in this type of position before, so everything was new to me. 2 weeks into the employment I got let go, never even got told off the actual company, got told by someone else who was working there, who got let go too. I phoned and all they said was 'yeah its true' No sorry, and not even the decency to phone themselves. You don't do well, you get put down in front of all the office, there is no 1 on 1 talk. If you've not done too well that week, everyone knows about it. Very unprofessional. Searched up the company afterwards (yes should of done it before) and found that the manager was owner of a company that had been on Crimewatch. So be careful, don't fall for the nonsense they put in the advert!!
