No consisted management. Owner claims she doesn’t do mess but talks about her employees with the directors. Children doesn’t have consist teachers because of high turnover rates. The owner is okay with the teachers being over ratio. You have a budget each month for classroom materials but when you do as told to put it in the cart it magically disappears.
