Pros
Everyone here is a pleasure to work with. There’s a real desire to help and uplift everyone. Management is very helpful and hands on. The amount of training you get here is honestly unmatched. I love that everyone can connect in the company chat. Flash bonuses are great. Commissions are high. Feedback is always taken seriously by the owner no matter how new you are. They’re very solution driven here. The owner makes a point to uplift people and help them tweak their workflow to get the best results.
Cons
New recruiters with no prior experience or industry knowledge can be incredibly annoying. There’s not much management can do about that though. Too many people want everything spoon-fed to them without realizing that they ARE already being spoon-fed everything. If you don’t understand the business, you’re going to be annoyed by things that are a real recruiters dream. New Leads being provided is a HUGE bonus. It’s the recruiters job to find the qualified applicants. I feel if more people understood that is their actual job, they’d be a little less whiney in the beginning.
