Good Salary Good Environment Collegeus are supportive and friendly

Cons

# Full of office politics and favoritism—talented people get ignored while “manager’s puppets" with low communication get promoted. Also Senior manger is fully biased. Recently, I have seen an interview board (3–4 people probably) has been formed and started to promote quality people, which is a good sign. # Managers still need to improve communication and professionalism. #Food quality is average, need to improve.

1) Only salary and some good colleagues can be considered as pros here!

Cons

1) Management and supervisors can make the work environment unnecessarily stressful, particularly if you’re trying to adapt to night shifts. 2) A noticeable number of production managers lack basic professionalism and the skills required to lead effectively. 3) Several supervisors have an inflated sense of authority, but their actual competence often falls far short of their attitude.
