Pros

remote work for some roles.

Cons

I worked on AI-assisted document analysis and RAG-based LLM systems in 2023, building a fully containerized microservice platform with chatbot interface, vector database, and automated workflows. Despite delivering a working system that met technical and compliance standards, my contributions were never recognized, and the company later publicly presented similar capabilities as current work without crediting prior efforts. The environment is challenging for any engineer trying to deliver meaningful results. Support is minimal, deadlines are unrealistic, and project management practices often obscure true progress. While the company markets itself as innovative and fast-moving, internal processes make it difficult to complete complex projects successfully or receive acknowledgment for them. If you value a collaborative environment with clear goals, recognition for your work, and realistic deadlines, this may not be the right fit.
