There are no pros in this company.
Cons
Very bad work culture management is very bad. No own life only work even at night 11 pm need to read mails and reply. All are abusive using foul language. No job security. They can kick you anytime without giving salary for notice period. you have to leave in one day. If company want they will not allow you to join another job and they will not give relieving letter.
