Honestly, it was the worst experience of my life. I don't really have any bennifits to share. His management skills are not very good, he claims to be a person that he is not.
Cons
The owner RAAZ is very touchy-feely with his denial employees. He's basically a very creepy guy, his wive works next door, and is nice but he's not very good at managing.
