      Pros

      Good and supportive colleagues in general. Great if you want new challenges, cause there are new projects every few months.

      Cons

      Tried to do too many projects that didnt contribute to the core business. Hired an external senior management that triggered mass dissatisfaction.

      Cons

      It's a tech company but the CEO runs it like a company from the 18th century! It doesn't matter what you do in the office; instead, everyone's productivity is judged by how long they are in the office.

      Pros

      Close to the MTR station.

      Cons

      Lack of strategic direction, unfinished projects, and constantly changing top-down approach to management results in extremely high rates of attrition. This means more reliance on outsourced operations and development overseas. There is also a sense that in order to become profitable/attract more investors, employees need to forgo work-life balance with relatively little compensation. Overall would not recommend.
