It’s entry level, they will hire anybody willing to apply.
Cons
Where to begin, there’s a mix of two companies under the management of 3 incompetent bad communicators who don’t know how to delegate.

Was able to work with smart women in tech. Gave raise after first year. Got to travel for conferences and to client sites. They were good about letting me take time off for medical appointment. Has competitive bay area benefits package
Cons
Hard job to learn at first. Can be complicated.
