      Pros

      With Marshall being the COO of the company, everything was super organized. The quality of learning and challenges for achieving the best outcome, including performance, was what I always refer to as one of my best experiences in a professional environment.

      Cons

      The company doesn't value the performance, however, with Marshall acting as the COO during my time there, the technical team was encouraged for achieving best performance.
