If you have no special skills and enjoy traditional, restricted company, or looking for retirement, here’s your place
Cons
-Bad and crazy management, parental control and micromanagement - Insufficient resources, not enough support or professionals in the company even you have cases - No trust and not value employees, except the few they like or have “good relationships ”with the bosses (even bad performance) -High turnover rate, anyone who stay here long just pander to the bosses and don’t want to loss their job, but not making the company better
