      Don’t bother if you’re serious about your career

      Fun and energetic marketing team. Remote work available.

      Cons

      Senior management is made up of a bunch of low IQ individuals (I’m looking at you Mark Palmer, Mike Hansen, Travis) that couldn’t effectively scale a business if their life depended on it. It’s not worth wasting your time being lead by a team that has to change tactics every quarter/year because they just can’t get things to work. You will learn nothing and go nowhere. Fast.

      Most of the people you work with are nice and trying their best.

      Cons

      The company as a whole feels directionless. We're struggling just to keep up, constantly scrambling to meet business goals without the chance to execute them well. Plans change from day to day. And those changes seem driven more by impulse than by strategic insight.
