Steady employment if you dumb yourself down.
Cons
The corporate office has diversity issues that they claim they’re working on. In the retail stores depending on where you are it can be a nightmare, not only from customers but from your co workers. If they don’t like you they won’t train you. They’ll call other stores to gossip about you (specifically Kimber, in Brooklyn).
