Blatant Nepotism. Tyrannical management and a toxic work environment. Higher management eats well and barely leaves crumbs for the “pawns” that actually skin themeselves on a daily basis to hold up the fort. Friends and family of management get dibs on everything from salary, hours, special treatment, etc yet many of these “special individuals” do not perform as well as others who aren’t “connected”.
