You get to impact what you want the future to look like at Queenslab. You get to work on exciting projects for interesting companies with great technologies. You are part of a rapidly growing company with an exciting present and future. And best of all, it's an amazing team with exciting, talented coworkers who gives their best to help Queenslab continue to grow. As a junior developer it can be easy to feel overlooked, but even though I joined in the most expansive phase there has always been time for discussion and help - even from the CTO.
Cons
As all quickly developing companies routines aren't the highest priority, but the management saw that issue quickly. And they're not only working on improving the routines, but they are also activly involving all employees in that process, so that we all are working towards the same goal.
