Working at Quantal AI has been a great experience. I get to see how much focus there is on building real AI systems and maintaining strong engineering standards. The team is friendly, supportive, and very driven. The founder is approachable and open to feedback. There’s clear communication, and people are given real responsibility early on. It’s a fast moving environment, but that also means there’s a lot of learning and growth. What I like most is that it doesn’t feel overly corporate, decisions are practical, and the focus is always on delivering quality work.
