      Competitive salary, nice office, good events and activities.

      Cons

      Extremely greedy managers, nepotism and incompetence as part of managerial culture, no alignment on tasks, as they change dramatically on a whim, awful exit terms as they force ppl to sign "voluntary" resignation letters, Russian culture is predominant, but the company positions itself as global.

      Very professional colleagues, an option to work remotely via ESP

      Weak management, sudden decisions that contradict previous agreements, top management gives generic answers to important questions, no understanding where the company moves to, demotivated employees because of the reasons
