Pros
You are Forged in the Fires of chaos and rage. There will be love and hate, words of wisdom and belittlement you will learn to respect and fear the Q. If you manage to survive this you will rise like a phoenix from the ashes of your own stupidity. But really this was a great place to work. This job will teach you as fast you can learn. This isnt a hand holding coddling type of job which was a pro for me. But if you can stand the heat your going find some good cooks in this kitchen. Speaking of kitchen the Admin Assist was always keeping it stocked with snacks(cause she was awesome) which is another pro
Cons
Ah the cons If you cant take being yelled at then this job isnt for you. Some people may call this unprofessional behavior but in this industry trial by constant fire is a solid method for keeping your staff sharp albeit a little on edge. You make a mistake and you will be belittled for it. The work to life ratio is bit unforgiving and the on call shifts are something between Chinese water drop torture and being punched in the stomach by mike tyson. Also certain lower management staff are not knowledgeable in IT which is frustrating when having to explain your procedures over and over again. Which is the only reason i would rate this 4 star over 5. But, that being said i can understand why some people would find this place unacceptable.

Pros
- The people. If there is anything our CEO did right, it's the people he's hired. Everyone who comes through the doors of Qsource each day has a spark of greatness within them, whether realized or not. All very different people, living very different lives, doing very different jobs, but all have an unparalleled drive for success. Each day is motivated by mass amounts of coffee and the need to build something bigger than ourselves. - Qsource is a land of Opportunity. Everyone has their responsibilities and the hats they wear, but no one is going to stop you from getting curious and lending a hand where needed to learn something new. Know and can prove a better way to do something? We are problem and solution engineers. Prove it's better, take the initiative, create mass change. No ones stopping you from improving things here. - This is basically IT boot camp. The majority of technology used in today's business world is supported by us. You will learn anything and everything relevant to IT today and be asked many questions about all of it. - We are growing, adding new clients at a steady pace. Always plenty of learning opportunities and ways to make a real difference. - Your boss always has your back. He may berate you here and there, but even if you mess something up, he's always got your back when it comes down to it.
Cons
- Help Needed. Finding people with that spark of greatness and who have the same passion that motivates us everyday is difficult. Meanwhile we keep growing and relying on that drive for success and increasingly mass amounts of coffee. - Everyday is a new Challenge. This is more a Pro in my opinion, but others may consider it to be a Con. You will be challenged every day you are at work. This isn't a 9-5 job, our client's aren't 9-5 so we aren't either. This company doesn't succeed with a 9-5 mindset and neither will you. - A lot is expected of you. No one is checking behind you because you are the person responsible. More often than not there is no safety net, so if you mess something up, you can do some damage.
