Pros

Many creatively talented employees. A handful of genuinely good people

Cons

Crunch and overtime were planned for and nothing was done to avoid it - Any suggestions to improve processes were dismissed out of hand. Everything is pretty much a mess, all they care about is money. The business model is dishonest and management doesn't care about anything at all. If you're looking for an actual career, forget it.

I made friends with many talented colleagues. It was also nice here at first, but that only lasted a few months.

Cons

Beware of this company. The current leadership does not seem to be up for the job. The people there are mostly incompetent and inexperienced people who just happen to know somebody from the previous management. None of them are reliable, and none of them can provide true leadership insights. The management is a failure, and I know most employees will agree.

My colleagues were really cool, talented, and skilled. I mostly learned new techniques from them.

Cons

Our manager sets us up with awfully impossible deadlines, then harasses us, pressures us, and blames us when we fail! It's undeniable that he did that on purpose so he'd have a reason to fire us and make employees fear him.
