The people are awesome the environment is very fun, work-life balance is great too.
Cons
The role is not at all what I was expecting in the interview they made it seem more like software engineering when in fact it is nothing like that, with very little coding most of the work being configuring existing software with a GUI, lots of mouse movement, drag and drop, installing products into VMs and troubleshooting. This experience did not translate to any role I wanted to do in the future. Also very little PTO, 10 days a year :(
