      Hard workers on shop floor and lower office support roles

      Cons

      Well over worked, poor resources, training levels shocking considering its safety glass. Safety when it suited. Production over quality.

      I had no experience of anything good to review.

      Cons

      People are out for themselves and stab you in the back at the first opportunity. Micromanagement on all levels. Salary is well below average. No prospects little to none development.
