The wider team are absolutely lovely. Good pay. Nice to commute to. Great science park. Potential for lots of learning
Cons
Although potential for learning new skills never given the opportunity. Management micromanage and wonder why people leave and thus high turnover. Very rude and think they own you. Make you stay for your exact hours rather than realising that we are adults and as long as the work is done.
