Pros

Surrounded by ambitious people, if you are interested in attempting to build something for yourself this is entry level sales experience that may help.

Cons

- Extortionate working hours for pay received - Huge amount of Unpaid training before you begin - Extreme laddish culture and unprofessionalism - Expected to come in for staff events or Saturday meetings despite 12 hours shifts Monday to Friday earning sub minimum wage if you aren’t meeting a ridiculous quota that is miss founded in faux mathematical or philosophical ideas of finding someone who will buy your selling point. - staff turnover so unbelievably high, they pretend to care about the individual but management knows they will be gone within a month, but it doesn’t matter as any sale made by an employer is an ongoing benefit to the business as it is a subscription model.

The people are honestly lovely

Cons

Your training is unpaid (over 20 hours), the pay itself is not great for the hours you are working. 10 hours for a base pay of 72 pounds. You have the ability to make commission but its not guaranteed. You have to get yourself to different locations, sometimes up to an hour out of the city, and then still come back to the office after your 5:30 end time.
