Pros

The people are lovely, like minded and supportive

Cons

Unrealistic expectations around time commitment. You’re strongly pressured to arrive extremely early (often an hour before your scheduled start) and then expected to attend networking events after work. My typical day meant leaving home at 7am and not getting back until 9pm. Culture of guilt around boundaries. If you didn’t volunteer to work Saturdays, it was framed as a lack of work ethic rather than personal balance. Physically demanding work environment. The role involves standing outside in the streets, approaching and stopping people in all weather conditions—rain or shine—which can be exhausting and draining day after day. Commission-only pay structure. There is no base pay, so income is entirely performance-based. I actually lost money during my first week of training due to expenses and low initial earnings.

Cons

Make you go out into the streets all day stopping people and trying to get them to sign up to charities and broadband, brainwash you into thinking you’ll make loads of money,it’s one big scam and the name of the company is constantly changing, make you work stupidly long hours,STAY CLEAR!
