The whole company handle by one man no HR team no management and most important no seniors, whole company working on inters as there are less job opportunities they know there are always some to do the job so no values of the employees, just hire fresh inters make them work from 9 am to 9-10 pn with so much pressure and very less payment and some one speak back just fire them. Or even someone doing work properly still in 1/2 months he will find your replacement means just make you work in take use of your skills and through you. My simple suggestion to organization: Please go out see how companies work follow the proper manners, have some hr team business team markating team and seniors
