Scientists as a CEO so scientific integerity is paramount. Very good integration of research and development. Not political at all. Great fun cultures. Everyone's contributions valued.A lot interactions and close work with patient groups.

The company has taken on a large number of important projects but is behind o. Hiring. Needs to double in size to be fully successful

This company is so poorly run. They throw so money down the drain in a desperate attempt to recruit for their failing AL amyloidosis study instead of shifting to more effective approaches. Standard, inept management (middle and c-level) who lead with arrogance and blame those further down the chain for their failures. Too many middle managers and not enough workers. This company has had many iterations (was two different companies before) and they have never successfully launched a product.Work life balance here is terrible.
