      I didn't find any positive in this company. .... Yes you will have 2 times tea in a day. still searching some more positive.

      Not a place to groom your career. Rules are only for few people. Management can say you bye any time without prior notice.

      You can demand high salary if you are citical resource.

      Cons

      Don't expect anything if yuu are not a critical reource, HR policies are like own shop anytime they can change even not stick to their policies as well.
