Pros

Working with them for more than a year now, and overall, it's a positive experience. The technological environment is good, providing opportunities to work with some modern technologies. Collaboration within the team is also encouraged, fostering a supportive work atmosphere where everyone can work together effectively. The projects I've been involved in have been diverse and engaging, allowing me to enhance my skills and learn new things. Whether it's building responsive interfaces or developing interactive web applications, there is always a variety of work to keep me motivated and challenged. Management is exceptional. HR provides necessary resources, checkins and feedbacks and is always responsive.

Cons

There is a room for improvements specifically with regards to project management and work life balance. For project management, the team is not on a full blown agile system. No clear project documentations or requirements, specifically during sprints. Team members should be included on the sprint planning. There have been instances of unclear expectations, lack of effective communication, and inadequate planning, which can lead to inefficiencies and frustration among team members.

Thank you for the detailed feedback. These are the kinds of reviews we appreciate most. As we transition away from existing marketplace tools and an office-based workflow, and into our own work management system and a 100% remote team, we definition have some room for improvement in project management. Right now we often leave it up to our project managers how they want to manage their projects. That said, every day our work management platform gets closer to completion, and new standards are implemented. Within a year we should see a fully agile process top to bottom within our project team.

Thank you for your feedback, Manoj. I didn't realize that you actually felt this way when you were working with us. It would have been nice to have had a discussion years ago when you posted this -- you have even reached out to me on Skype and we've had pleasant chats. I hope you have found a company where you feel appreciated and comfortable enough to speak to your supervisor about your challenges. Best of luck!

Thank you for taking the time to provide this review. We had received a few feedback points like this from those coming to Prospus for interviews. We did find that we were sometimes allowing candidates to wait longer than they should. Our team committed to solving the issue and over the past few years we have put a system in place to ensure that candidates are quickly attended to and are made aware of waiting times.
