      - One of the best company for someone who just got into the IT professional world. - Salary appraisals, Every 6 months - The benefit of doing something which affects/helps users on a daily basis - A chance to understand Stock market environment and fundamentals - A chance to know how Stock market works in real time and how users of the A stock market application behaves - A chance to learn what effort goes into making a market analysis tool and how we can innovate to help investors on their own by teaching/informing them about their investments

      - A tendency to wait till the deadline to execute a decision which might not be related to the company product but definitely affects an employee - Making decisions like setting a deadline without consulting involved employees - Strictly product release oriented all the time, which is not good all the time - Very few who understands and appreciates the difference between personal time and office hours - Too much result-oriented approach that discourages employees to show their intellectual strengths and allow them to help the company grow as a community
