Full of management politics and the most unethical company I have worked for. They terminated 40% of workforce during Covid19 Crisis, and this is not the worst part, they do not want to pay their rights to these terminated employees. They have given some random options that doesn't make any sense legally. And they force each employee to sign on this stupid agreement that states they can not pay us. The management just want to make money anyhow not thinking about any of the employee. They will make false promises every week but will never fulfill it. On bad times, instead of giving you your salaries, they will even take your money from your account if they wish to. CEO is just a puppet of board members. All the management is full of lies and unethical.

Politics. No planning but only reactions when people resign. No respect for people working and they do not stop when people resign. Everyone is replaceable is what you hear from them. CTO never meets engineering team and no contribution to technical discussion or technology. Everyone things CTO role has only Excel sheet management. CTO has no power to retain software engineering employees nor his feedback matters and has record of exit interview specialist. Fun right? Do join the paper growth! They are giving out high salaries (Looks like) now in order to hire new people as existing ones are leaving ( I would say RUNNIG ) and new ones are not joining after reading reviews. Most of the reviews more than rating 2 are coming from people hired to post reviews.
