      * Good pay and environment. * The WFH policy is lean and allows you to work from home/office as long as you align with your manager. *

      * Heavy workload, always in firefighting mode. Always rushing to deliver. * Calibration and review meetings are not fair. * Individualism. We don't work as one team who are trying to solve problems but everyone is trying to stand out alone,

      Coffee Central office location. Good ESPO offers. But you have to fight for those. Base salary was 70kaed pm, but they wouldn’t increase even with the valuation doubling in 6 months.
