      - Great work Ethics and flexible timings - Good culture & loved the work I did. - Friendly seniors and a good learning curve - Good projects till 2016-17 - Awesome Data Analyst team leads.

      Cons

      - No new Product/Project Vision. - Lacked Expert players. - Need more Employee recognition from Higher management via Email appreciation, goodies, etc - Less Payscale and appraisal. - Slow process and delay in decision making.
