Pros
No 5 years of security experience was required to get in the door. Right out of college with no work related experience made finding a job position I was qualified for near impossible, however, this company gave me a chance. I worked here for 3 years and was able to gain that much-needed work experience. The pay is good.
Cons
The shifts are flexible but the overnight shifts were very difficult to adjust to.
