- Managers are incompetent and completely out of touch. - Leadership is directionless and appears to have no real understanding of what it is doing. - The salary is insultingly low for the amount of work required. - There is no real support, structure, or guidance form management. - Opportunities for advancement are practically nonexistent. - Effort goes unnoticed and unappreciated, making the work feel pointless and exhausting. - The overall experience feels like dysfunctional and frustrating waste of time.
