Direct management is also a highlight they’re approachable, invested in development, and do their best to advocate for the team. Day-to-day, you feel like you’re surrounded by people who want you to succeed and are willing to help you get there.

Upper management struggles with accountability, especially when it comes to training and expectations. There’s a noticeable gap in onboarding and ongoing development, yet performance expectations remain high without the proper support systems in place. It often feels like leadership pushes for results without taking responsibility for the lack of structure and resources needed to achieve them, which can lead to frustration and burnout.
