Interview
The conversation was professional, conversational, and focused on understanding my background, communication style, and interest in sales development.
We discussed my experience with outbound outreach, handling objections, and how I approach learning and feedback in a sales environment. The interviewer also provided clarity around role expectations, success metrics, and team structure. There was time to ask questions, and responses were transparent and informative.
Overall, the process felt straightforward and well organized. The interview provided a clear picture of the role and what success looks like, and the interviewer was respectful of time and open in their communication.
There were a lot of back and forth emails, several interviews, several questions asked. The only plus was getting to meet the CEO and his partner. It was the weirdest interview process and it should have clued me into how the company works.
