Really good people to work with and great opportunities to learn new technologies not in your skillset. along with a good self development culture from management who encourage all to take courses to develop your knowledge.
Cons
Lack of parking and difficulties negotiating salaries.

Pros
I've worked here for a number of years now and throughout my time the majority of people within the company have been welcoming, always willing to help and easy to get along with. During the pandemic, management have always listened to mine and my teams concerns and been fair in their decisions. On a more personal level, the company have supported me through some extremely tough times, it's a shame that employees feel that they can't speak to management first.

- Long hours on shift, loss of social life (through personal choice though) - Sometimes less challenging tickets - Opportunities for progression
