      Not a lot of relationship fostering between managers and tutors to help build the community overall. It could feel sanitized and mechanical the way tutors are involved.

      Salary is in the low end - very hard to save money at all living in Chicago Benefits are pretty barebones (The above two points see pretty standard for non profit organizations though) Quick staff turnover
