-The students are amazing!!! -Getting to see your impact on a daily basis at a TRULY mission-driven organization -Lots of opportunities to take ownership of different projects & getting to lead early in my career -Really great unadvertised benefits
Cons
As with any nonprofit working with this population, it can feel like your work is very high stakes, but that also makes a successful day so much more empowering and exciting.
