Pros
They really care about your personal growth and learning - with the senior leadership being very approachable and understanding. You have to be able to voice your issues for this to happen. Here, I have truly felt like part of a movement, and the work is extremely fascinating and interesting.
Cons
The organisation can be more structured - although this is slowly getting better as well. Sometimes issues can go unaddressed because the escalation path is not as structured - and if the person does not speak up
