      Joining Admissionshala has been an enriching journey. The environment is energetic and focused on continuous learning. Management supports innovation and encourages team collaboration. I appreciate how the company empowers us to make a real difference in students’ lives through personalized counseling. The opportunities for skill development and career growth here are excellent. Overall, it’s a great place to work for anyone passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals. The founder, Sir. Rahul Tyagi, has built this organization with vision and dedication over the last 16 years. His leadership and focus on ethical, quality education

      - Some team members are good.

      Cons

      The CEO tends to have unpredictable behavior, especially around the salary credit cycle, which can create an uncertain work environment. Innovative ideas or suggestions for improvement are often dismissed without consideration. No Recognition for Extra Effort The organization heavily relies on outdated or free software. Hiring bias toward female employees and offers compensation below market standards. Chairs have not been replaced for the last 10 years, based on conversations with other team members, which affects comfort during long working hours. This is not company It just like, one-man show, where all rules are made and changed by a single individual.
